Data import service
Send us the Excel from your previous program and we load your customers, products, quotes, invoices or settings ourselves, with no row limit. Invoices and quotes come in as history, keeping their own number and date.

Pricing questions
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel your subscription anytime. The annual rate is billed upfront and costs less than monthly; the monthly rate gives you full month-to-month freedom.
What does the free trial include?
Fourteen days with the full product, no card required. You can set up your machines and materials and calculate real jobs to see if the calculation fits how you work.
Do the prices include VAT/sales tax?
The amounts shown do not include taxes. Your invoice applies whichever tax corresponds to your country and tax status.
What if I need more users than my plan includes?
You can add more users or upgrade your plan at any time; the change is prorated over the already-paid period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to, without losing any data or configuration.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
There's no setup fee. You sign up and start quoting the same day. If you'd rather we load your data for you, the data import service is a separate paid service: €29.99 per data type, as a one-time payment.
